About Kitchra
Built for the restaurant, not the middleman
Independent restaurants run on thin margins and thinner time. Then a marketplace takes a quarter of every online order, and the "restaurant tech stack" becomes five subscriptions that each own a slice of the business and none of the whole.
Kitchra is the opposite bet: one platform that runs the whole restaurant — a branded ordering site with zero commission, the kitchen and prep screens that run service, and the stock, staff and finances behind them — for a single flat price, with your data staying yours.
It's built by people who'd rather ship one honest, complete tool than ten half-features with a sales team. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every screen.
And it didn't start on a whiteboard. Kitchra began as the system we built for one real restaurant — Feteers — to fix the part that quietly costs a kitchen the most: taking an order and getting it out the door. We turned receiving and handoff into a system, so pickups and deliveries go out with zero mix-ups, and gave diners a live, itemized view of their order — each item moving from queued, to prep, to the oven, to ready for pickup. It earned its keep on a real line, through real service, before it became something any restaurant could run on. Floor-tested, not slideware.
Founding restaurants
Be one of the first kitchens on Kitchra
Kitchra is early, and we'd rather grow with a handful of restaurants than a logo wall. Founding restaurants get founder-led onboarding, a direct line to the people building it, and a real say in what ships next. No card to start, and you keep every dollar of every order.

Zero commission, always
Marketplaces take 15–30% of every order. We take none. You pay one flat price and keep what you earn — the model isn't a promotion, it's the point.
One system, not five
Ordering, kitchen, stock, staff and finances usually live in five apps that don't talk. We put them in one, so a sold-out item on the line is the same fact everywhere.
You own your customers
Your guest list and your numbers are yours — exportable, not rented back to you. You're the owner, never the product.
Honest by default
No fake reviews, no invented stats, no dark-pattern upsells. If a screen says a number, it reconciles. If a feature isn't ready, we say so.
